TopLaptops.net, we are committed to protecting and respecting
your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to
process orders only, and we do not sell your information.
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery
address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiration
date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and
to notify you of the status of your order. We
also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact
you urgently if there is a problem with your order.
When you place orders with TopLaptops.net, Inc., we offer the
use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts
all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore,
as required by the US Data Protection Legislation, we follow
strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of
information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised
access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally
request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive
information to you.
TopLaptops.net, Inc. absolutely does not disclose your personal
information to any outside parties with the exception of law
enforcement officials with a valid court order, or to the appropriate
authorities when fraud is suspected.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information
we collect on the site to make shopping at TopLaptops.net, Inc.
possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience. We
do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
We do not sign you up for email lists, or spam you. If we decide
to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on
this page so that you are always aware of what information we
collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose
it.
Shipping
Policy
During
the ordering process, you may choose from several shipping options,
including USPS Priority Mail, UPS and its various services and
FedEx and its various services.
If
you will be using a P.O. Box, or APO/AE delivery address, you
must accept USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method.
After
ordering and processing (see below), you will receive a confirmation
email which provides an estimated date of delivery and tracking
information, if applicable. For all In-Stock items (all items
ARE in-stock unless otherwise indicated), orders are typically
shipped within 24 hours of placing the order, Monday through
Friday. After allowing 24 hours for processing, delivery time
will vary depending on the speed and method of delivery:
USPS
Priority Mail averages three business days delivery time.
FedEx 2-Day Air delivers to most US cities by 4:30 p.m. on the
second business day.
FedEx Express Saver delivers to most US cities by 4:30 p.m.
on the third business day.
FedEx Standard Overnight delivers to most US cities by 3:00
p.m. the following business day.
USPS Global Priority Mail averages five to seven business days
delivery time to almost anywhere worldwide.

One-Day or Two-Day Shipping does not always mean orders will
arrive in one or two days. Remember to add in 24 hours
to process your order and prepare it for shipping. If you order
an in-stock item and select FedEx Overnight Shipping, the items
will ship within 24 hours and arrive on the following business
day--two business days total. Please also keep in mind that
there is no weekend delivery for Overnight, Two-Day, or Express
Saver shipping.
There
will be no shipments or USPS Mail delivery on the following

Our
Shipping Policy is directly affected by our Order Fulfillment
Policy, so please be sure to read below.
Order
Fulfillment Policy
Laptops
are the largest target of ordering fraud of all items. For this
reason (and this reason alone) we have implemented a few additional
provisions when ordering by Credit Card. We can only ship to
the address of the credit card holder. This means that if you
are purchasing a gift for a relative, we will ship to you, and
you can ship to your relative. We do not dropship under any
circumstances. By extension, we do not ship internationally.
When
you pay by Credit Card, we require the CVV number, to prove
that you actually possess the card being used. This is a 3 digit
number that is usually located on the magnetic strip on the
reverse of the Credit Card. Also, we will fax you an order form,
which will provide us with a copy of your signature. We will
not ship until we have received this completed paperwork. Also
be aware that our Order Form automatically records the IP Address
of the computer from which the order was placed.
We
run our business with Integrity and look for customers who do,
too. Many thanks to the many wholesalers and individuals who
have already demonstrated their honesty and integrity. Your
business is very much appreciated.
Return
Policy
Or
return policy is simple.....if there is a problem with the computer,
we gladly accept it back. If it is returned for any other reason,
we take a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs. We video the
laptop before it it shipped and crosscheck the time on the video
with a satellite reading to confirm the time and date. We also
have it certified to be running by a local technician consulting
firm prior to shipment. All of this is our commitment to quality,
and to assure that the system you have ordered is in superior
condition.
Shipments which are returned
in running condition will incur the stocking fee of 15% of the
original item price.
